It claims:
Witch hazel hydrosol comes with soothing natural astringent properties & is an effective skin cleansing & conditioning ingredients, it removes excess oil se hum & helps in controlling oil production.
It is widley used as a toner & comes with other benefits like pores tightning & reducing skin blemishes. It soothes & calms sound itching, irritation & discomfort.
Bonsoul witch hazel hydrosol is derived from stem steam distillation of twins from organically grown witch hazel plant. This toner is alcohol free & can be used in sensitive skin.

My experience:
This Toner is unisex, anyone can apply, women can apply as toner after cleansing the face, it helps tightens the pores this toner close the open pores & and also helps prevent sebum & acne. It makes your skin soft & smooth.
Men can be use this after shaving or after face wash, it has soothing properties, so it helps to fight rashes.
This is best toner for acne prone skin.
All though the fragrance of this toner is not so overwelming, bt that dosent matter it works like magic & after we apply mouistrizer the smell goes away.
