It claims: The ceramide moisture gel based delivers a hydrating formula & lock in moisture while maintaining oil levels. *Diamond mineral powder creates a healthy reflective glow, while light fit prep technology comfortably adheres to skin for pre extended makeup wear. *Use with or without makeup for hydrating glow. How to use: Apply after the sunblock. - Apply 1 to 2 drops on the back of your hand or cheeks and put gently over your face. Precaution: - If the following symptoms occur while using this product, discontinue use and consult your dermatologist: red spots, swelling, itching, or irritation; if the application area develops the symptoms above after exposure to direct sunlight - Do not apply on areas with injuries, eczema, or dermatitis.
