       Today I am reviewing a skincare product from Cosrx, Advanced Snail 92 All in one Cream

 

About my skin type:

I have extremely dry skin, & currenly I am living in a place where both summer & winters are extreme.

       So here is my take on this cream.

 

Packaging:

The outer package is made from cardboard with all the necessary information on it,

The cream itself comes in a white huge tub, with black tin lid & a safety lid.

It is travel friendly no leakage or such, but it takes lot of space, so you might transfer into smaller container if you like to travel with it.

 

 

Ingredients:

Snail Secretion Filtrate, Betaine, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Cetearyl Olivate, Sorbitan Olivate, Cetearyl Alcohol, Carbomer, Arginine, Dimethicone, Sodium Polyacrylate, Phenoxyethanol, Sodium Hyaluronate, Stearic acid, Allantoin, Panthenol, Xanthan Gum, Ethyl Hexanediol, Adenosine

 

92% Snail Mucin :Infused with 92% of snail mucin, this cream glides onto the skin and builds a moisture barrier to plump, hydrate and soothe skin.

• 1,000 ppm sodium hyaluronate :plumping and soothing care, infuses hydration

 

It claims:

An all-in-one solution cream that repairs and soothes irritated, sensitized skin after breakouts. A rich gel-type cream absorbs instantly into the skin with a full of nourishment while leaving your skin feeling fresh and comfortable.

HOW TO USE

 Gently apply a proper amount of the cream on face, avoiding the eye and mouth area, after cleansing and toning. Tap the area where the cream was applied gently in order for it to be absorbed along the skin texture.

 

 

My experience:

The texture of the cream is very slimy, gooey.

My first impression was it may be very sticky.

Application was messy due to cream texture, but once I started messaging into my skin, the cream more felt like watery, it takes 1 minute to get absorb into the skin, once its well absorbed, it gives velvety, soft, smooth skin.

This cream is very hydrating & nourishing, this cream locks the moisture & gives supple skin to entire day.

In summer this cream sooth the skin, giving the calmness & cooling effect.

While in winters this cream is like a magical portion your skin need & deserve to be treated with this cream.

       This cream protect the skin barrier & keep moisturize your skin for 6 to 8 hours, your skin will stay hydrated & you wont feel dryness or any flakiness, even in harsh winters.

This cream works beautifully under makeup as well, even if you do heavy makeup use this cream as your skin prep, this cream makes skin smoother with minimizing pores, giving a smooth canvas for makeup.

 

Regular use of this cream helps, minimizing pores, nourishing the skin, & brightens the face.

Cons:

 

·     Scooping the product is little messy .

·     It takes 1 to 2 min to get absorb, so you have to wait for next step, I wish it gets absorb quickly.

 

Recommendation:

If you have dry, flaky skin & stays in a place where winters are harsh then I will highly recommend this product.
