It does not comes in a outer package, it comes in white soft plastic sleek tube, with twisted cap & all the details printed on it.
When I received this product, it has dirt all over the tube, quite di1wsappointed.
It's a small sleek tube so it's pretty much travel friendly.

So this primer claims to be Dewy lumineux, lightweight formula & smoothens skin for even makeup application.

My Experience:
Wet n wild launched this primer in india on March 2018. The primer is infused with pearl pigments to give your skin luminous glow.
The texture is tick yet slightly runny & it's absorb very quickly into the skin. It's a beige champange shade, which gives you nice glow to your skin.
It claims it's dewy but it's doesn't moist it just give you illumious glow, which you expect from any strobe cream. It doesn't fill your pores, it does give glow & keep makeup intact for 4 to t hours but other then that, it doesn't do anything.
Usually primers comes with 30 ml product but wet n wild offers only 25 ml product.
If you are searching for tinted strobe cream then this is good for you, but if your searching dewy pore filler primer this product is definitely not for you.
In my opinion they should change the product name from PRIMER to STROBE CREAM.

Cons:
- not a pore minimizer
- keep makeup intact only for 4 to 5 hour, not long last
- doesn't give dewy finish
- 5 ml laser then other brands
- doesn't come with outer package
- it can be use as strobe / illuminating cream but not as primer.
